    Overview:

    Monday-Friday 8:30a-5

    Responsibilities:

    Under general direction, assists with the development of financial plans and budgets to provide information necessary for department to operate in a financially responsible manner consistent with department goals, objectives and policy. Prepares related analyses and financial reports or recommendations. Responsible for other department-wide functions relating to finance such as: accounts payable,accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation.

    Assist in the development of financial statements by extracting and reporting data from accounting and information systems.

    Prepares and distributes statistical and financial reports.

    Performs monthly financial review for selected departments comparing actual performance to budgeted targets and estimates.

    Prepares daily revenue forecast for Mangers, Directors,Senior Directors and CFO.

    Prepares schedule reports for annual filing.

    Work on special projects to accomplish finance and organizational missions as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or another related field.

    Work requires a technical understanding of financial and budgeting procedures used in a healthcare environment.

    Requires minimum one year of experience in finance, preferably in a healthcare setting.

    Proficient in Excel. Detail oriented. Ability to analyze / reconcile / ADHOC finance request reconciliation.
