    We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our team in providing top-notch patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Charge Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provides high-quality patient care, prioritizing wellness, and evidence-based practice.
    • Promotes a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
    • Models proficiency through precepting new staff members and guiding individualized education and training.

    Acute Care Experience:

    As an Acute Care nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on moderate to high patient acuity units, where you will be responsible for direct care, specialty education, and training. You will be supported by Clinical Educators who will guide your individualized education and training throughout clinical orientation.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience.
    • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
    • 1 year of nursing experience.
    • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
