    Alliance Construction is one of Sioux Falls premier earthwork and general contractors whose team members go the extra mile to ensure smooth completion of projects. We are looking to expand our Underground Utility Crews paying Top Wages in the industry.

    Alliance Construction is looking for an Experienced Underground Utility On-site Working Foreman to join our growing team.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    Overseeing the construction project from start to finish

    Operating heavy equipment used in the installation and removal process

    On-Site working with crew to completion of project

    Ensure that construction activities move according to the predetermined schedule

    Devise the project work plans and make revisions when needed

    Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the management team, sub-contractors and laborers

    Coordinate equipment and crews and other job related activities to maximize efficiency

    Keep a positive attitude & set an example as a leader that all crew memebers enjoy working with

    Requirements:

    5+ years of underground utility experience with water/sewer

    5+ years of operating heavy equipment (excavator, dozer, skidsteer, etc)

    Great communication skills

    Great attitude and leadership

    Ability to train anyone on site
