Basic Description
Provides administrative and operational support with an emphasis on SharePoint content management,
reporting, document authoring, and data accuracy initiatives
Responsibilities
- Maintain and populate SharePoint Communities of Practice (COP) sites, ensuring accurate and
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms within SharePoint to support tracking and operational
- Author high-volume correspondence in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including the creation of
- Perform address validation and data verification to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data
Qualifications and Soft Skill Requirements
- Proficiency with SharePoint and enterprise content management systems.
- Experience with document/letter authoring in AEM or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Effective organizational and written communication skills.
