    Position Overview:

    The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and operational processes of the company. Assigned to a specific regional territory, the Project Coordinator partners with one or more Territory Managers to oversee the entire sales cycle. This includes managing the process from the initial customer engagement through the successful delivery and completion of services, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Supports the growth of company through comprehensive sales assistance
    • Provides outstanding customer service through clear and effective communication, consistently accurate performance, and timely responses
    • Generates and distributes quotes to dealers and customers at the discretion of the regional Territory Manager
    • Applies departmental SOPs in the process of pricing generation to preserve an acceptable sales margin
    • Effectively communicates customer requirements to the appropriate parties at the factory for any product modifications / customizations
    • Evaluates customer purchase orders for completion and requests clarification on any unspecified required criteria to ensure the accurate order entry
    • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of all purchasing contracts utilized in the assigned territory in an effort to support all stakeholders with the appropriate execution of contract terms and conditions
    • Maintains an overview of all regional projects within the assigned territory along with project status
    • Distributes timely, complete and detailed information to customers regarding upcoming shipments
    • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
    • Provides customers with current information about products and services offered, as well as appropriate applications
    • Troubleshoots and resolves product issues and concerns
    • Develops and maintains a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Participates in team, as well as inter-departmental, meetings to allow for collaboration and knowledge-sharing
    • Mitigates company's financial risk by participating in the process of order entry review, according to departmental policies
    • Supports the growth of the company and the progression of the department by participating in elective projects as assigned by employee's direct supervisor
    • Minimal travel : Up to 10%

    Required Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers (English)
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Self-directed, able to work independently
    • Detail-oriented
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Solutions-driven with strong problem solving & analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor and providing exemplary customer service
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Oral and written competency in Germany is not required, but helpful
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business, International Business or related field)
    • Skilled in CRM software and other sales tools
    • Proficient working with ERP systems
