- Knowledge of operations in multi-site/multi-specialty ambulatory setting and how the department's process/workflow impacts other area's operation throughout the Network.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable state, federal, state licensing and other local regulations as they relate to ambulatory settings is required.

- Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent education/experience.
- Masters: Healthcare, Leadership and/or Finance or related field or equivalent education/experience preferred.
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- 5 plus years' supervisory and/or management experience in a complex and/or multi-site/multi-specialty healthcare setting, including but not limited to, budgets, fiscal management, and revenue cycle.

Position Overview:
Manages and provides operational leadership to multiple service lines and/or locations within the MarinHealth Medical Network Ambulatory Clinics ensuring they meet the MarinHealth enterprise-wide goals and initiatives of safety, affordability, quality, satisfaction, and access. Develops and implements operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with best practices. Proactively manages policy and procedure, guaranteeing compliance with the clinic, affiliates, vendors, the MarinHealth enterprise, and state and federal regulatory agencies where applicable. Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices, standardizing workflows, and proposing plans of action to implement changes. Implements and manages capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets through effective use of personnel, resources, and supplies. Develops and maintains a solid partnership with internal and external peers, leaders, and/or regulatory agencies to facilitate and collaborate on initiatives or solve issues. Provides guidance and/or direct intervention in resolving challenging or complex situations with an empathetic and solution-based approach. Accountable for role modeling principles defined by the C.A.R.E.S Standards, clinic or enterprise-wide initiatives, and the MarinHealth Mission, "To provide exceptional healthcare services in a compassionate and healing environment".
