Join Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, in the search for a licensed Occupational Therapist at Windsor House, an innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living health campus in Windsor, NC. An active or pending Occupational Therapy (OT) state licensure is required for this role.

Qualifications:
Requirement includes an active or pending Occupational Therapy (OTR) state license, a proven history of successful patient care, and preferably, experience with geriatric disabled individuals.
