    Kitchen Porter - Braemar

    Your Role

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our kitchen team at The Fife Arms Hotel as a Kitchen Porter

    We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for excellent service and a desire to develop.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Using the dishwasher, ensuring that all crockery and cutlery, as well as pots and pans are washed and clean, and returned to their storage area
    • Clean the kitchen, including work surfaces, floors, cooker hoods and any other areas, as requested by the Sous Chef and according to the shift checklist
    • Ensure that the rubbish is sorted correctly, compacted as applicable, and put in the correct bins on the loading bay
    • Ensure that the bins are cleaned and washed as required
    • Ensure that the loading bay is neat and tidy

    No experience? No problem. Just bring a strong work ethic, a passion for fresh food and brilliant service and we'll teach you the rest.
