    - $45 per hour A bit about us: We are a military and aerospace manufacturer, located near the beautiful Santa Ana, CA area, seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our Quality team.


    This individual will be responsible for creating, editing, and troubleshooting PC‑DMIS programs for a Brown & Sharpe CMM, ensuring all inspection processes meet strict aerospace quality standards.

    Job Details Key Responsibilities:
    Develop, modify, and optimize PC‑DMIS CMM programs for dimensional inspection Perform first article, in‑process, and final inspection using a Brown & Sharpe CMM Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Troubleshoot issues with CMM programs, measurement setups, and equipment Document inspection results in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Work closely with Quality Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing teams

    Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands‑on programming experience with PC‑DMIS Experience using a Brown & Sharpe CMM is required Strong understanding of AS9100D and ISO9001 quality standards Ability to independently troubleshoot CMM programs and inspection challenges Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment Interested in hearing more?
