As a team member, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products to ensure top-notch quality, maintaining a safe and efficient work area, monitoring production processes, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives on-site to enhance safety, productivity, and quality.

    Pay Transparency

    The hourly pay range for this position is $23-$26. Please note that this salary range is indicative. Honeywell considers several factors when extending job offers, including the position's scope, candidate's qualifications, experience, education, skills, market trends, and business needs. Shift differentials are available for off-shifts.

    Shift Hours:

    • 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
    • 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Sunday - Thursday)
    • 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (Sunday - Thursday)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate assigned equipment
    • Participate in continuous improvement activities
    • Support the Honeywell Operating System
    • Maintain a clean and efficient work area
    • Adhere to all safety regulations
    • Record and report production data
    • Analyze production reports and data
    • Set up and change equipment as needed
    • Assemble parts according to specifications

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws, applicants must be U.S. Persons, defined as U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals with protected status under asylum or refugee laws.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • 1+ years of manufacturing experience
    • Proficiency in English - speaking, reading, writing
    • Experience working with microscopes and precision hand tools
    • Comfort working in a cleanroom environment
