    Job Description

    Pay Rate:
    $115,000 / year

    The purpose of this job is to provide human resource (HR) services to all
    company team members within assigned areas.

    • Serve as subject matter expert on all human resource (HR) related
    issues

    • Serve as key decision maker on all HR projects while partnering with
    associated departments

    • Assess and anticipate HR related needs across the organization as a
    whole and develop integrated solutions

    • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
    that eliminate or minimize risk and improve culture

    • Manage and resolve employee relations issues including conducting
    effective, thorough, and objective investigations

    • Communicate with leaderships to ensure consistency in the execution of
    HR initiatives including all aspects of discipline

    • Partner with Legal and other HR groups to ensure the effective delivery
    of HR support and services

    • Direct compliance of federal, state, provincial, and company HR policies
    and regulations (e.g., Wage and Hour, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO)

    • Partner with leadership to influence, implement, and monitor short-term and long-term strategies for creating a rewarding and ethical
    culture

    • Assist leadership with staffing strategy, conduct interviews, and provide
    hiring recommendations and approval

    • Coach and guide business leaders on all aspects of team member and
    labor relations

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources management required
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
    • Minimum five years' experience in employee relations, talent management and talent acquisition preferred
