    The Associate Project Manager role was created to support site capacity/improvement projects and an opportunity to promote and develop internal candidates.

    Engineering tech role to be converted as Associated Project Manager.


    Responsible for assisting Plant manager in fulfilling the goals of capacity expansion and improvement projects to ensure it is completed in a timely manner working with cross functional team.

    Promote operational excellence within the site on EHS.

    Responsibilities

    Manage projects related to site capacity and productivity initiatives assigned by the Plant Manager.
    Act as site point of contact to drive EHS initiatives based on assessments from Corporate teams.

    Initiate and drive changes related to projects at the site by working with originator, quality specialist, change control coordinator, and functional team members.

    Managing a working team comprising of multiple functions both site as well as corporate during a project by tracking their responsibilities and progress.

    Expected to provide clear communication with stakeholders, including team members throughout each phase of the project.
    Analyzing projects, identifying risks, and forming risk mitigation strategies.
    Monitoring projects, recommending cost-effective strategies, and preparing reports.
    Maintaining and deploying all knowledge of pertinent safety regulations.
    Ensuring the project activities comply with appropriate quality standards.

    Required Skills & Knowledge

    A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or in a similar related field.
    Excellent project management skills and quick problem solver
    At least 2 years of experience in Project management support with Operations or Quality
    Human tissue processing experience a plus
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required.
