    About the Role

    • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
    • Assist residents in daily life skills and activities tailored to their needs
    • Implement personalized care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines
    • Enhance residents' experiences through multi-sensory activities
    • Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure timely support for residents' needs
    • Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills
    • Promote Cascade Living's mission, values, and beliefs


    $18.00 - $22.50/Hour
    *(Based on Experience)



    This role offers a 4 on 2 off schedule, providing a balance between work and personal life.
