Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (opportunities to advance) to join ourecommerce team You will be responsible for helping customers (mostly online) by providingproduct and service information and resolving technical issues.

We work as a team and help eachother get the job done. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.


Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesProcess orders, update inventory and work with warehouse team for order processUse the Internet to research solutions and information to resolve issues and requestsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesAnswer customer inquiries relating to product, existing online orders and warrantyservicesInitiate and implement corrective actions as neededQualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in team environmentPositive attitudeHighly reliablePersonal drive to succeedExcellent verbal and written communication skills
