- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
- Identify scope items completely and accurately, including a risk narrative.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects.
- Develop a project schedule based on crew makeup / equipment and formwork choices / job costing analysis.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, city and county officials, and clients.
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
- Build and maintain great relationships with GC project managers.
- Project sizes range from $10,000 to $200,000 residential concrete projects.
- Previous experience in concrete construction management is preferred, but other trade project management may be substituted.
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus, but not required. QuickBase software experience is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- A positive attitude and an ability to work well under pressure and with others on the team.
- Ability to work extended hours when required.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Pay is negotiable depending on experience.

We seek a Concrete Construction Superintendent to help expand our successful residential concrete company throughout the DFW metroplex. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for residential concrete projects that range in size from $10,000 up to $200,000 in concrete work. You will help build lasting relationships with Home Builders to ensure future project synergy for years to come.
