- 5-10 years of IT recruiting experience, specifically with software engineering roles (they typically hire software engineers, Sr Software Engineers (Full stack Java).
- Experience working in high req volume, up to 25 requirements simultaneously.
- Full Lifecycle Recruiting experience- Must have extensive experience recruiting for IT roles, and if they have experience recruiting for Software Engineer roles, that is a huge plus.
- Corporate Recruiting experience with large company experience- must have experience recruiting in Talent Acquisition/ corporate recruiting (agency experience is a plus) but please hold off on sending candidates that have been agency side only.
- Please drill down on the types of positions they have recruited on.
- If they are bi-lingual and speak Spanish that is a huge plus.
- Must have high req volume experience managing 20-25 reqs simultaneously. Please have them add this to their resume.

TA recruiter to work in the TA Technology group.
