- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
- Five or more years of marketing experience, with B2B, industrial, or energy sector experience being a major advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- A blend of creativity and analytical thinking-you can write a strong headline and track its ROI.
