Derry Imaging is seeking an energetic Patient Service Representative for our busy call centers. This is a fast-paced position that offers a competitive salary and great work environment

• A strong ability to multitask, and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
• The capability to manage time effectively while always treating patients with empathy
• Above average organizational and interpersonal skills; a team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in the use of computers including Microsoft Excel & Word
• Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

WHAT EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

• High school diploma required
• At least 2 years' experience in a medical office preferred
• Radiology scheduling experience stronglypreferred
• Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge preferred
• Skilled in the use of computers and related software applications; excellent typing skills
• Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task with constant interruption required
• Above average organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

This full time position is Monday through Friday, with some evenings (until 8:00 pm) and rotating Saturday hours. The successful candidate will "float" between offices as needed.
