Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Bilingual Mental Health Counselor (Spanish/English) to join a growing, interdisciplinary healthcare team serving a primarily Spanish-speaking senior population.+
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health counseling services to patients and families
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish individualized treatment goals
- Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Social Work Psychology Marriage & Family Therapy Mental Health Counseling Active licensure verification required LCSW LMFT Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish English years of professional clinical experience Comfortable navigating difficult conversations collaborating across multiple disciplines Strong clinical judgment with willingness to learn grow in an integrated care modelJob description
