Responsibilities: Maintenance Mechanical Specialist Position Summary Preventative and predictive maintenance systems for HTGP equipment Physical condition of the equipment building does not deteriorate Complies with all safety policies procedures
Technical Serve as technical expert of maintenance area Maintain equipment facility drawings update as required Coordinates leads project activities assigned by management Understanding analyzing equipment data countermeasure as needed Support internal Customer Market quality problems Fabrication assembly tooling materials review with vendors Create implement countermeasures for downtime data Training Team Members in Maintenance role based on knowledge weak point area Working suppliers contractors install improve equipmen or process Implement capital projects yearly schedule Contributes team efforts accomplishing KPI department goals Hands problem solving supporting equipmen issues Prepares reports presentations improvements corrective actions quality issues etc Understands applies correct LOTO procedures leads others same Supports weekend shutdown PM schedules allequipment required Ensures PM Work Orders completed on time Documents evaluates improves maintenanc objectives Electrical mechanical troubleshooting break down.
