Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis

Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.


Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.


Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity to support daily operations and long-term growth objectives.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risk.

Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.


Strategic Financial Planning:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives to drive growth and maximize shareholder value.

Provide financial analysis and support for business development activities and capital allocation decisions.


Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and interests.

Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior financial leadership role.

Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
