Clark Hill PLC is seeking an Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Banking and Financial Services business unit.

All candidates should have experience working on commercial finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral cash flow, asset based, and real estate credit facilities, whether on behalf of lenders or borrowers.

Candidates are expected to be detail oriented and should possess a solid work ethic and strong interpersonal skills. All candidates must be licensed in their home jurisdiction or must be eligible for admission.
