- Processing new contracts, preparing invoices, assisting with vendor forms, and otherwise ensuring prompt and accurate payments to clients and the company;
- Support and ensure accuracy with the data migration between financial management systems (ERP).
- Record incoming and outgoing payments using our web-based accounting platforms;
- Onboard new clients, employees, and vendors in a timely manner to ensure seamless integration into our payment system within our ERP
- Send internal communication reminders to facilitate the resolution of outstanding payments, and takes initiative to follow up individually as needed;
- Manage and track specific AR reports, including the monitoring of aged collections
- All other duties as assigned.
- Open to May 2024 graduates or up to 1 year experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Programs;
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
