    A contract nurse is needed for ICU jobs with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional.

    Ideal candidates have experience working as Intensive Care Unit nurses , provide quality patient care by performing essential duties of this role while adhering to our hospital policies & procedures Ensure that all patients receive high-quality healthcare services during their stay at our facilities by supporting RNs Adhere to strict schedules , conduct thorough assessments , plan individualized treatment programs , provide direct nursing interventions based on medical diagnoses documented into electronic charts generated automatically upon admission or initial consult visit date determined via multiple reliable sources including government reports lab results etc..
    Support experienced critical care registered nurses through providing guidance concerning scope-of-practice information compliance related questions daily documentation update
    Track deadlines accurately maintain good communication skills attending staff meetings actively contribute ideas offering feedback suggestions assisting colleagues whenever appropriate focusing teamwork enable desired outcomes reaching shared goals thus continuously promoting optimal healthcare delivery customer satisfaction continuing professional education growth opportunities collaboration amongst departments taking initiative where applicable,
    quality control improvements implementation.
