    Premier is a beautiful, state of the art unit providing short term rehabilitation for patients with a variety of medical conditions.


    Responsibilities:
    Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy1 year of experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility preferredPossess a current, unencumbered, NYS license and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employmentRequirements:Demonstrate competence in occupational therapy evaluation, goal setting, treatment, and EMR documentationChart appropriately and timelyEffective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregiversMaintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential informationMaintain an excellent working relationship with facility staff membersCreate and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facilityRead, write, speak, and understand the English languageProvide dependable, regular caseload coverage

    Compensation:
    Rate will be commensurate with experience/licensure
