    Key Responsibilities:


    The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store or multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV footage and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security.


    The Asset Protection Specialist will also:  •  Identify potential areas of vulnerability in the store.   • Monitor CCTV systems regularly. 

    The individual must report any hazardous conditions or unsafe situations that could potentially put themselves, associates/vendors/customers/the company at risk.
    The specialist plays a significant role within the organization as they drive shrink elimination culture.
