MUST:
The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst should have the following: 5+years of professional experience
2+years of experience working as a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst
Proficient with acquisition analysis
Strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Experience creating financial reports and presentations
Comparative analysis and market research experience
Experience using financial planning and analysis software
Experience collecting, analyzing, reporting and projecting financial and operational data
Experienced with financial accounting and reporting tools such as Workday/Adaptive, Sage/Intacct
Experience working in the healthcare field
Bachelor s Degree


DUTIES:
The Duties of the Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst include but are not limited to the following:
Handle financial planning, forecasting and budgeting
Create various reports including financial models and variance analysis
Provide financial consulting and strategic support
Prepare financial presentations and capital expenditure analysis,
Assist with acquisition analysis
Assists in the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.
Set and track key performance indicators and objectives
Handle market research and comparative analysis
Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance
Develop detailed monthly financial reports for executives
Utilize financial planning and analysis software to collect, analyze, report, and project financial and operational data
