Fortinet Expert Needed

Job description
We are looking for a Fortinet expert to support multiple environments on an on-demand basis, with the goal of building a long-term working relationship.
This is not a one-time project.We are looking for someone reliable who can assist when needed and also help maintain and improve configurations over time (updates, optimizations, best practices, etc.).
Scope of Work:
You will be working across several Fortinet environments (primarily SMB clients), handling tasks such as:
FortiGate configuration and troubleshooting
VPN setup and support (IPSec, SSL VPN)
VLAN design and segmentation
WiFi deployment and optimization (FortiAP)
FortiSwitch configuration and integration
QoS and traffic shaping
Firewall rules, NAT, and security policies
Firmware upgrades and ongoing maintenance
Performance tuning and best practice recommendations
What We're Looking For:
Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet products (FortiGate required)
Experience with FortiAP and FortiSwitch (important)
Comfortable working in live environments with minimal disruption
Able to troubleshoot efficiently and propose clean, scalable solutions
Good communication and documentation habits
Available on-demand (not necessarily full-time)
Interested in a long-term collaboration
Nice to Have:
NSE certifications
Experience in MSP environments
Familiarity with multi-client / multi-tenant setups
Engagement Model:
On-demand / hourly
Potential for recurring work over time
Flexible workload depending on client needs
