    Responsibilities:

    • Master our established sales approach as taught during training and apply it in the field
    • Acquire new business by presenting to local businesses and securing new clients
    • Utilize our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral network indefinitely

    Qualifications:

    • Prior exposure to direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales is preferred
    • Capability to work autonomously and manage your schedule effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and build rapport quickly
    • Driven by goals and capable of meeting deadlines
    • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to acquire one post hiring
