    Description
    Review and update existing Industrial and High-Risk Runoff (I.B.2.g) program elements

    o SOPs

    o Ensure accuracy of points of connection to county MS4

    o Assign inspection schedule in a manner to ensure all points of connection to the

    MS4 are inspected in a 5-year period


    • Assign inspection schedule to technicians based on newly implemented Service Request
    Areas (SRAs) to meet the minimum 15% annual inspection requirement and the 80%

    inspection requirement for a 5-year period (I.B.2.h)

    o Ensure MS4 outfall map is updated annually to include any new outfalls constructed

    or TMDLs approved


    • Create and assign inspections for both the Dry Weather Screening Program and the Wet
    Weather Screening Program (I.B.2.l).

    o Areas of concern are prioritized and the MS4 outfalls (100 outfalls) are inspected in

    dry weather conditions annually

    o Any illicit discharge concerns will need to be relayed to the IDDE specialist

    o A minimum of 25 MS4 structures subject to wet weather screening based on

    identified areas of concern will be assigned and inspected annually.


    • Compile MS4 Annual Report data for parts I.B.2.g, I.B.2.h, and I.B.2.l
    • Use APEX database to track inspections and report data. Make suggestions for database
    improvements and work with IT to test new database features.


    • Train and assist hourly technicians on inspection procedures and provide inspection
    assignments to meet MS4 compliance goals.


    • Process monthly requests for infrastructure repair or maintenance to Road Maintenance
    and upload monthly Road Maintenance data into the APEX database


    • Responsible for adding newly accepted infrastructure into ArcGIS ArcMap
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Skills & Experience

    Bachelors

    GIS experience (ArcGIS)
