    Description
    Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

    Currently, we are searching for a Sr Maintenance Technician to work at Wood Valley Apartments.


    Duties:


    Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.


    Must be able to make units ready for prospective residents by changing locks, installing blinds, touching up paint, repairing doors, etc.

    Remove items left in units and dispose properly.

    Walk vacant units and evaluate needed repairs.

    Pick up and clean the property grounds as needed.

    Provide assistance to the manager and maintenance supervisors and follow directions as instructed.

    This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


    Qualifications:
    Ideal candidate has (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
    HVAC certification is a plus.

    Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment to do so.

    The successful candidate must have some knowledge of repair in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

    Successful Background Screening and Drug Test Required.
