    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team at Independent Software as a Web Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, including experience with REACT and other web-based programming languages.

    Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

    Job Description

    As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-performance, innovative web-based applications using a variety of internet technologies, techniques, and tools. This includes graphics software applications and object-oriented languages such as Java, CGI, Visual Basic, HTML, and XML. You will also integrate new web products with existing web applications to improve functionality or design.

    • Main Responsibilities:
    • Create user interface features, site animation, special effects, databases, and e-business applications
    • Support website planning and deployment
    • Maintain a functioning, user-accessible website
    • Maintain website technical documentation

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

    • Experience with REACT and other web-based programming languages
    • Coding skills in HTML, Visual Basic, or other web-based programming languages
    • Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis techniques
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and containerization
    • Possession of an active TS/SCI with FS Polygraph security clearance
