    Job Description

    We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, ZTNA, to join our F5 Zero Trust Access product management team. This is an ideal role for an experienced product manager that will lead the design of innovative Zero Trust Access security services to the market. You possess deep technical product skills in Secure Service Edge (SSE) and ZTNA service offerings.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Drive product roadmap prioritization and tradeoffs for F5's Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) service.
    • Identify and gather requirements, define and specify features that will produce a differentiated ZTNA solution supporting the key use case of user to application access.
    • Create PRDs to define technical requirements for the engineering teams.
    • Engage with customers to understand their challenges and identify new opportunities.
    • Continuous improvement of user experience for both the admin and end-user personas and ability to translate them into high quality specifications.
    • Deliver an outstanding administration experience that provides ease of policy creation and actionable insights.
    • Actively participating in the creation of user flows, wireframes and prototypes
    • Work with engineering on a day-to-day basis to prioritize and execute on ZTNA service features and delivery.
    Required skills, experience, and qualifications
    • Hands-on knowledge of security related products and technologies such as Security Service Edge (SSE) with primary focus on ZTNA.
    • Be the ZTNA subject matter expert (SME) in the Zero Trust Access product management team.
    • Strong technical foundation in policy and network security technologies such as VPN, Zero Trust Security (ZTNA), Software Defined Perimeter (SDP), identity, authentication and networking technologies.
    • Experience delivering products as cloud-based services.
    • Solid experience with engaging technical teams to discuss use cases, review feature/function requirements and define solutions.
    • Technical understanding of TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, IPSec, SAML, RADIUS, MDM & APIs
    • Hands on experience configuring or troubleshooting routing, authentication, DNS, DHCP, & network performance.
    • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Security Product Management.
    • 5+ years of technical experience in security domains including access management, secure remote access, endpoint management/posture checking, identity, access management and cloud-based security solutions.
    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or in a related field.
    • An MBA or Master's is a plus.

    The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $153, $230,400.00
