    Reporting to the President, you'll manage everything from strategic planning to maintaining a vibrant social presence. Deliver Five-Star service to our internal team and guests, embodying our commitment to a caring, compassionate, and uplifting environment.

    Essential Job Functions:

    1. Generate daily social media content to engage current and potential customers.
    2. Develop, edit, publish, and share compelling content to enhance the brand's presence, reach, and reputation.
    3. Utilize InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, SEO, and Google Analytics to enhance marketing strategies and digital presence.
    4. Collaborate with the creative team to produce captivating social media graphics and videos, ensuring alignment with social media and brand guidelines.
    5. Proactively participate in and contribute to relevant conversations on external social media platforms and blogs related to brand's services. Reply to inquiries, direct messages, reviews, and questions
    6. Measure and report key social media performance indicators.
    7. Monitor and track all marketing efforts and analyze web traffic, reporting findings to peers and leadership, and making adjustments as needed.
    8. Explore digital advertising opportunities and optimize performance.
    9. Implement a comprehensive strategy for launching new products, services, and team members.
    10. Provide support to internal teams during live and online events as required.
    11. Implement comprehensive marketing plans and programs guided by leadership.
    12. Familiarize yourself with brand audience insights, offers, KPIs, and standards to influence work effectively.
    13. Craft and execute weekly email campaigns using Zenoti (point of sale) to communicate with various guest audiences.
    14. Write and review copy for websites, blogs, and social media posts.
    15. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
