Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is a member of the Production Team and is responsible for the safe, timely and efficient execution of the production schedule while meeting all quality objectives and conforming to all GMP requirements.Responsible for the daily activities of all direct Production personnel, ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently, without compromising safety or quality.
You will ensure the daily schedule is executed without any compromise to safety or quality.
You will monitor, enforce, and model all safety, quality and GMP policies.
- Implementing daily production schedule priorities in reviewing with planning department.
- IDentification resolution bottlenecks.
- Daily reporting cause solution under-performance.
- IDentifying implementing training needs new employees.
