    Regional Sales Representative

    Remote - must reside in Florida or Georgia

    ISC's Sales Recruiting Team has been retained to identify top talent for a Regional Sales Representative opportunity. This is an exciting remote role covering a large territory of Florida and Georgia; some travel will be required.

    The Sales Professional will secure, maintain, and drive expansion of new business opportunities with Distributors and OEM. This person will have a "hunter" mentality and is innovative in leveraging relationships with target markets and driving solutions.     Regional Sales Representative Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of a successful sales producer in corrosion prevention, industrial or floor coatings, or similar experience.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles, capable of targeting new business.
    • Self-driven, flexible, results-oriented, and innovative.
    • A customer first approach in problem-solving with high integrity.
    • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
    • An out of the box thinker demonstrating outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

    Regional Sales Representative Responsibilities:
    • Generates sales forecasts and formulates strategies to meet sales objectives.
    • Consistently meets or surpasses sales goals.
    • Comprehend the client's obstacle and present a customized sales plan.
    • Strategic planning to manage objections, negotiations, obstacles and finalize sales ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Develop a strong trusted relationship with current and prospective clients.
    • Proactively following up on leads, managing the existing customer base to boost sales, ensuring positive outcomes, and keeping an eye on the competitive landscape for new opportunities.
    • Compile a monthly sales report for the General Manager.
    • Maintains an in-depth understanding of available product solutions.
