- Design, orchestrate and implement training programs for employees or clientele to help improve skills.
- Determine specific educational needs by interviewing or surveying a sample of people from target population.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

- Presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
