- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and state guidelines.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine students' munication disorders and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and interventions to address speech and language goals.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student records.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Idaho.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate technology for virtual sessions.
