    Are you interested in helping children receive the education and care they deserve? Tilly is looking for dedicated, compassionate Speech Language Pathologists in the school setting.

    Tilly Therapy is seeking skilled and empathetic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) *throughout Illinois with in-person, remote and hybrid opportunities available*.

    Work with a diverse range of K – 12th grade school-aged clients, tailoring services to meet their unique needs and developmental stages.


    • Assist and evaluate students in speech, articulation, fluency, and language development, employing a holistic approach to enhance their communication skills.
    • Develop unique treatment plans with a child and family-first mentality, considering the individual needs and circumstances of each student and their family.
    • Adhere to confidentiality guidelines in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of information related to children and their families.
    *Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Related Field

    • Valid CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) license
