    Premier Truck Sales & Rental, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivables Specialist / Sales Team Assistant


    Responsibilities:

    • Customer account setup and maintenance
    • Daily billing and invoice distribution
    • Record AR entries, cash receipts & deposits
    • Analyze customer account data and resolve inquiries/discrepancies
    • Review and resolve aging AR balance
    • Prepare periodic financial reports and audits
    • Administrative and accounting support for Sales and Accounting teams
    • Process and validate sales quotes and orders
    • Coordinate and prepare documents for external Finance Companies/Banks
    • Prepare and submit title documents for new and sold vehicles
    • Other responsibilities as needed

    Qualifications:

    • 3 to 5+ years of Accounting experience, with emphasis in Accounts Receivable and Sales
    • Title experience a plus +
    • Expertise with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel)
    • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, customers, and external agencies
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal direction
    • Works well under pressure, with an ability to meet deadlines
    • Highly organized, trustworthy, and self-directed
    • Ability to identify and solve problems with good judgment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
