    Job Description:

    Pay Range $30hr - $32hrResponsibilities: Responsible for maintaining production schedules and capacity plans to ensure on-time delivery, cost objectives and avoid material shortage.

    Maintain well-defined working relationships and communications with manufacturing and key suppliers to confirm scheduling and capacity analysis. Responsible for inventory management, inventory location replenishment, SKU planning, and risk assessment, and mitigation planning. Initiate and lead supply planning discussion during capacity-constrained periods. Interact with demand planning and operations teams to balance the supply network. Build planning processes for project improvements. Support new product introduction in conjunction with sales. Responsible for critical metric objectives - waste management, inventory weeks of supply, and case fill rate. Lead inventory variances (Quarterly and yearly). Complete special projects and assignments as requested.


    Qualifications:
    Demonstrate an understanding of supply chain cycle, Manufacturing, organization structures, and performance measures. Demonstrates problem-solving skills and working under timelines; multi-tasking abilities; exception-based management capability. Bachelor Degree in related fields (Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related subject area). Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external partners. Ability to interact and build relations with senior management and key partners. Superb analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. APICS affiliation and/or certification. SAP, OMP or other ERP/Client software experience. Effective interpersonal and verbal/oral skills. Self-starter with an independent work ethic and react quickly to priorities.
