Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership and Management to a team of Supervisors, Coordinators, and Production Specialists
• Manage employee performance, motivation, employee relations, track metrics and ensure production and quality results
• Track departmental overtime, down time, and ensure equipment maintenance is performed on schedule
• Monitor key performance indicators and present status updates in weekly production meetings

Education & Experience

• BS in Engineering or Science (Paper Science, Packaging, Converting or related preferred)
• 3-5+ years of experience in Process Engineering or Management background within similar industries
