- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve significant cost reductions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lead in contract negotiations and manage the critical aspects of the contracting process, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee multiple high spend sourcing categories, identify risk and engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with member's value analysis teams to integrate sourcing strategies to include evaluation and implementation of products and services.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Must be prepared to demonstrate integrity in maintaining confidentiality regarding patient information, contract details and organizational strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College required (Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare, Finance); Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of healthcare experience in strategic sourcing and negotiating required
