    As the Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Lead the planning and execution of verification and validation test plans tailored specifically to electric and autonomous vehicle systems.
    • Manage all incoming test requests, utilizing risk management strategies with the support of Feature Engineers to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Contribute to project documentation, including requirement specifications, project descriptions, risk registers, and lessons learned reports.
    • Ensure comprehensive coverage of all activities necessary for fully verifying and validating components, systems, and functions within project time plans.
    • Identify required resources, secure budgets, and coordinate team efforts to achieve project objectives within designated timelines.
    Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodology, with prior experience preferred.
    • Strong command of quality tools such as risk analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Project Assurance quality practices.
    • Familiarity with North American automotive safety regulations, particularly FMVSS/CMVSS, is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated ability and keen interest in cultivating relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the automotive industry.
    • Prior experience in electric and autonomous vehicle technologies is highly desirable.
    Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

    The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
