- Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters in New Jersey.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with clients and provide strategic legal advice and counsel.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, insurers, and other involved parties.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to Workers' Compensation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the New Jersey State Bar, in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience 1 plus years' handling Workers' Compensation cases.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
