    Description

    Acquiring new energy solution sales to meet individual targeted annual growth rates and sales quotas for direct-to-end user sales and indirect to strategic energy service companies.

    • Initiate new prospects for energy solutions.
    • Develop sales strategies to meet sales goals and ensure peak performance.
    • Lead the sales process from initial contract to successful deal closure and booking.
    • Build and maintain key customer relationships to acquire positive references and generate new energy sales.
    • Maintain a continuous sales funnel and update as directed by management.
    • Utilize operations as a resource in the selling process.
    • Participate in industry-related organizations and market organizations.
    • Work in a team environment to drive business for all company offerings.
    • BS/BA in a related discipline is highly desirable, with an advanced degree a plus.
    • Certification may be required in some areas.
    • 5-8 years of experience in executive level selling is preferred.
    • Ability to manage complex sales with financial, political, technical, and procurement strategies.
    • Collaborative work environment to create results-driven, team-oriented results.
    • Travel throughout the Northeast as a sales coverage territory.
    • Represent the company in a professional, positive manner.
