    Description
    Clinical Educator – Field-based position/East Region

    Job Overview:
    - Provide product and clinical assistance to customers and sales representatives for in-services, evaluations, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Marketing Managers to develop new products and identify target markets.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Conduct in-servicing to demonstrate the full product line, tailored to customer needs, across hospital departments.
    • Offer installation support by customizing products to customer-specific requirements and providing clinical assistance during implementation.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure continuous education and product usage, acting as a link to other departments within the company for specific inquiries.
    • Assist in customer evaluations and pre-sales, bridging the gap between sales processes and clinical applications.
    • Provide troubleshooting support by addressing critical issues and finding resolutions through collaboration with various departments.
    Requirements:
    1. Registered Nurse with an accredited license and minimum 5 years of nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
    2. 2-3 years of nursing experience in cardiac monitoring with knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmia and monitoring techniques.
    3. Prior experience in nursing education and equipment usage, preferably in staff development programs.
    Skills and Competencies:
    • Excellent verbal and presentation skills for customer training.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across different levels.
    • Technical proficiency to comprehend and apply products in various clinical scenarios.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and deliver timely instructions.
    • Independent and self-motivated to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to assess educational needs of diverse nursing units and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    Physical Demands/Work Environment:
    • Travel nationally up to 80% of the time by car or plane to meet customer requirements.
    • Ability to stand and present for multiple hours daily and locate within 40 miles of a major airport.
