- A LPN promotes the residents' health, wellness and illness prevention through daily nursing and personal care endeavors. A LPN works under the direction of a Registered Nurse and handles a diverse range of tasks including administering treatment or medications, performing clinical procedures and documenting the clinical data of patients, among other duties.
- Accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents. This opportunity awaits a motivated and ambitious professional with assisted living experience.
- Handles physician orders, administers medications, collect and maintain resident data, take vitals, assist with resident comfort
- Communicate with residents and their families in an appropriate manor
- Education or experience in long term care or geriatric nursing is preferred
