    MDW is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering in Arlington, VA. The analyst will provide full-time support to the Director of the Technology Industrial Innovation Base (TIIB) as a support contractor for ManTech Program Support Services (MPSS). The successful candidate will be capable of providing cybersecurity program and policy analysis.

    The Cybersecurity Policy Analyst perform the following job functions:

    • Provide expert advice on cybersecurity resiliency for Small and Medium Manufacturers (SMMs)
    • Recommend policies, legislation, tools, technologies, and training to support the cybersecurity resilience of SMMs.
    • Monitor cybersecurity-related technology efforts, solutions, and tools emerging from MSTP and MII efforts and facilitate their dissemination and implementation across the domestic manufacturing base.

    Required Experience:

    • Ability to apply knowledge of and interpret cybersecurity laws, regulations, policies, standards, ethics, and guidance to help ManTech recommend approaches to enterprise cyber activities of manufacturers supporting DoD, including small and medium manufacturers (SMMs), to help them interpret and apply guidance to address DoD strategic cyber requirements and objectives.
    • Familiarity with oversight, governance, and management of cybersecurity programs, organizations, systems, or enclaves.
    • Skill in communicating with senior leaders (e.g., interpersonal skills, approachability, effective listening, appropriate use of style and language).

    Education Requirement/Required Years of Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or a related technical field from an accredited college or university is required with seven years of relevant professional experience.

    Clearance Requirement(s):

    • Candidates for this position must have an Active US Security Clearance (Secret)
