    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team.

    The Assistant Nurse Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing patient satisfaction and employee engagement within our healthcare facility.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives aimed at improving the overall patient experience and fostering a positive workplace culture.


    Key Responsibilities:
    + Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase patient satisfaction and employee engagement. + Conduct regular assessments of patient satisfaction metrics and develop action plans to address areas for improvement. + Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure effective communication and resolution of concerns. + Lead efforts to enhance the patient experience through the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions. + Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs, including shared goverence, recognition initiatives, staff development opportunities, and wellness initiatives. + Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care delivery and adherence to best practices. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a collaborative and supportive work environment.


    Qualifications + Education:

    Bachelors of Science in Nursing + Experience: 3 years nursing experience + Proven track record of successfully implementing initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and employee engagement.


    • Previous Patient Safety and Quality experience preferred Previous Project Management experience preferred Licenses/Certifications:

    Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross Why St.
